This just got real.

I had great vision for dinner last night, but instead I just ate hamburger.  The problem was that I wanted to try a roast in the oven.  I seared it off on both sides and put it in to cook slowly at 275 degrees for 30 minutes.  Not good, a lot like shoe leather.  I think some of the issue was not having a proper fitting lid, no additional moisture and no vegetables.   I will probably wait on other roasts until I add some vegetables back into the diet.

This morning I have a headache, and some sensitivity to light.  I know I am not eating enough meat, but already I am not that hungry.  I could be partially dehydrated from sleeping, and probably some minor withdrawals from caffeine.  I will drink more water and make sure that I eat the steak that I brought today.  I thought I would try to just eat pieces through the day rather than an actual meal.
